BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cikarang Guarantees Full Treatment Costs for Injured Worker

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan's Cikarang branch has assured full coverage for the medical expenses of Dani Aditia, a participant in the Work Accident Insurance (JKK) program. Aditia is currently hospitalized at RS EMC in the MM2100 industrial area, Kabupaten Bekasi, West Java, receiving intensive care for injuries sustained in a work-related accident.

The visit by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan officials, led by Branch Head Muhyiddin Dj, aimed to monitor Aditia's condition and reassure him and his family that all treatment costs are covered. "Our visit is to ensure the participant receives comprehensive care and to inform the patient and family that they do not need to worry about the costs because everything is covered," Muhyiddin stated.

Aditia, an employee of PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing, suffered injuries to his temple, face, and knee during a work accident. The incident occurred while he was commuting home from work in Cikarang. He initially received treatment at RS Annisa Lemah Abang before being transferred to RS EMC Cikarang.

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan emphasized the importance of social security protection for all workers, particularly those in high-risk fields. Muhyiddin encouraged local governments, stakeholders, associations, and companies to promptly register their human resources as participants to ensure they receive optimal benefits from the social security program.
