Budapest Airport is setting a new standard for accessibility in air travel with a significant upgrade to its Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) services. The recent overhaul of the AMS PRM dispatch center, a joint effort between Budapest Airport and Airport Medical Service (AMS), represents a leap forward in coordinating assistance for passengers with special needs. The introduction of the Ozion PRM Management software and the equipping of staff with PDAs for real-time data management mark this as a development of European caliber. This technological advancement streamlines operations, improves response times, and enhances the overall efficiency and safety of the PRM service.
