Buenos Aires properties to be auctioned in pesos

Banco Ciudad is set to auction a variety of properties across Buenos Aires neighborhoods in June and early July. The offerings include diverse real estate, with base prices spanning from US$29,620 to a high of US$1,679,000.

Among the notable properties is a 395.60m² plot in Recoleta, located at Avenida Santa Fe 2489/97/99. This land, with a starting bid of US$1,679,000, has a unique characteristic: it hosts the access to the Santa Fe - Carlos Jáuregui station of Line H of the subway system. This means a free, perpetual administrative easement benefits Subterráneos de Buenos Aires S.E., allowing for a pedestrian entrance to the passenger distribution hall for two stations.

Another significant auction is for a property in Villa Urquiza, at Galván 3414. This site features a ground-floor construction with two adjacent dwellings. The property, which will not be exhibited, has a land area of 224.18m² and a built area of 58.80m². The first dwelling, facing the street, has two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, plus a patio with terrace access. The second dwelling, at the rear, also has two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, along with a side patio and a rear patio leading to the terrace. This property goes to auction on June 26th with an initial price of US$184,250.

Additionally, a functional unit in Paternal, at Tte. Gral. Donato Álvarez N°2252, will be auctioned with a base price of US$30,150. This ground-floor unit faces the street and has a protective grille. The space is divided and ventilated only from the front.

To participate, interested buyers must register on the bank's auction website up to 48 business hours before the auction and submit a caution deposit, the amount of which varies per auction. Viewing appointments are available for some properties with prior contact.
