Building Manager Stabbed Over Maintenance Fees in Turkey

A dispute over apartment maintenance fees turned violent in Konya, Turkey, resulting in an alleged stabbing of a building manager. The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. in the Meram district's Konevi neighborhood.

According to reports, tenant Ali İhsan A. and building manager Ramazan Ş. engaged in an argument concerning the aidat, or maintenance fee. During the heated exchange, Ali İhsan A. reportedly produced a knife and stabbed Ramazan Ş. in the abdomen.

Emergency services, including health and police teams, were dispatched to the scene following the incident. The injured manager, Ramazan Ş., received initial medical attention from paramedics before being transported by ambulance to Konya Numune Hospital for treatment. His condition is reported to be life-threatening.

The suspect, Ali İhsan A., was detained by police at the scene and taken to the police station. Police teams conducted an examination of the crime scene as part of their ongoing investigation into the incident.
