Bulog Tulungagung Completes Food Aid Distribution, Program to Continue in July 2026

Perum Bulog's Tulungagung branch has successfully concluded the distribution of its food aid program for February-March 2026 across its entire service area. The distribution was completed on June 29, 2026, one day ahead of the National Food Agency's deadline.

Yonas Haryadi Kurniawan, the Branch Leader of Perum Bulog Tulungagung, confirmed the completion of the distribution in Tulungagung, Trenggalek, Blitar, and Kota Blitar. The program provided aid to 463,870 beneficiaries, distributing 9,277 tons of medium-grade rice and 1.85 million liters of cooking oil. In Tulungagung Regency alone, 149,572 beneficiaries received 2,991 tons of rice and 598,288 liters of cooking oil.

The government has announced that the food aid program will continue into the second half of 2026, with monthly distributions planned to begin in July. Bulog is currently awaiting official directives from the government regarding the number of beneficiaries and the allocation amounts for the upcoming period. What is clear is that food stocks in Bulog's warehouses are safe and sufficient to support aid distribution and public needs," Yonas stated.
