Burnham after meeting with Zelenskyy: Support for Ukraine will remain firm

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with United Kingdom Prime Minister Rishi Sunak aboard the HMS Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier in Portsmouth, marking Zelenskyy's first visit to the UK since Sunak assumed office. Zelenskyy underscored the importance of this visit as a strong signal of support, with Sunak assuring him that British backing for Ukraine remains steadfast.

During their discussions, the leaders addressed Ukraine's state defense needs, emphasizing the necessity of robust capabilities in both air and sea domains to protect lives. They also explored avenues for developing joint defense production.
