Car overturns, one injured in chain-reaction crash in Arnavutköy

A serious chain-reaction accident occurred in Arnavutköy, Istanbul, involving multiple vehicles and resulting in injuries. The collision happened around 10:30 p.m. in the Boğazköy İstiklal neighborhood on Eski Edirne Asphalt Street, heading towards Sultangazi.

The accident involved two light commercial vehicles, a car, and a motorcycle. According to reports, the car overturned during the crash and collided with the road barriers. Fortunately, the occupants of the car escaped unharmed.

However, the motorcycle rider involved in the accident sustained injuries. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, and the injured rider was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Following the incident, the road was temporarily closed to traffic to allow for the removal of the damaged vehicles and debris. After the clearance operations were completed, the road was reopened. An investigation into the cause of the accident has been initiated.
