Carrerí 2026 Race Prepares for Launch Under 'When We Run Together, We Include' Theme

The Carrerí race, an event promoting inclusion and accessibility, is gearing up for its next edition. The official launch will take place on Thursday at the Shopping del Sol, where all details of the race, set for Sunday, August 9, will be unveiled.

The Federation Juntos por la Inclusión is organizing the event, which seeks to unite runners with and without disabilities. The goal is to create a "sports experience that promotes inclusion, accessibility, and the participation of all people."

During the press conference, updates will also be shared on the "growth of the Carrerí movement, the progress of the Carrerí Seal, strategic alliances, and actions stemming from this initiative as a benchmark for inclusive sports in Paraguay." Sonia Carísimo, president of the Federation, will lead the conference alongside representatives from allied organizations, sponsors, athletes, and members of the Team Carrerí.
