Chen Shi-an confessed that he rarely uses public transportation and is not adept at navigating Taipei's bus system or using the EasyCard for payment. "I really don't know how to take Taipei buses; I've only taken them twice," he joked, adding that understanding the bus stops and the payment process proved challenging for him.
