China reports three citizens injured in Ukrainian attacks on Moscow region

Three Chinese citizens sustained injuries during Ukrainian drone attacks on the Moscow region Sunday night, according to the Chinese Embassy in Russia. The embassy confirmed the incident on Monday, stating the injured were employees of a Chinese logistics company's warehouse. They were reportedly on duty when explosions occurred, and they were struck by drone shrapnel while seeking shelter in an open area. Local hospitals are providing medical treatment, with one worker undergoing surgery for serious injuries. Another remains hospitalized, while a third, with minor injuries, has been discharged and is returning to China. The embassy dispatched personnel to visit the injured and has requested Russian authorities to implement all necessary measures to care for them and guarantee the safety of Chinese citizens within Russia. The embassy also advised Chinese nationals in the country to enhance their security precautions. The Moscow region experienced widespread drone attacks, with approximately 400 Ukrainian drones targeting industrial facilities and residential buildings, resulting in ten injuries, including a minor.
