Chinese EV Brand AION Expands to Spain, Building European Presence

Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer AION is accelerating its European expansion with its official entry into the Spanish market. The brand launched its AION V and AION UT models in Madrid, marking Spain as a significant territory in its continental strategy.

Supported by Grupo Invicta, a strong local partner, AION plans to establish 29 sales points initially, aiming to expand to 58 by 2027. This move strengthens AION's presence in one of Europe's major automotive markets.

AION has already established a presence in Greece since late 2025, building a solid foundation through a strategic partnership with Inchcape Hellas. This collaboration leverages Inchcape's extensive experience with leading automotive brands like Toyota and Lexus, alongside a gradual expansion of AION's authorized dealer network.

The AION V and AION UT, currently available in the Greek market, are fully electric vehicles designed to embody the brand's philosophy of smart, safe, and human-centric mobility. They offer advanced technology, substantial driving range, and practical value for contemporary drivers. AION vehicles are designed in Milan and manufactured in Austria, specifically catering to the needs and expectations of European consumers.
