Chronically ill father struggles to fund daughter's college education

His daughter, Siti Nur Aidah, 20, is due to start her degree in Primary School Science Education at the Sultan Mizan Teacher Education Institute in Besut, Terengganu, this Monday. While her mother's savings covered some registration fees, Rozi is worried about the travel costs and, crucially, the purchase of a laptop essential for her studies.
