The updated design, however, incorporates each club's representative colors and prominently features the specific year they conquered the Copa Libertadores. This change allows for a more distinct and celebratory representation of their historical achievements.

Among the clubs receiving these new emblems is Chilean powerhouse Colo Colo. Their newly designed patch prominently features the iconic Copa Libertadores trophy. Dominated by the club's traditional white colors, the patch also highlights the number '1' alongside the year '1991.' This date marks the historic season when Colo Colo clinched their sole Copa Libertadores title, solidifying their place in South American football history.
