Copa Airlines expands flights to Valencia, maintains suspension of operations to Caracas

Copa Airlines is expanding its flight schedule to Valencia, Venezuela, as it continues to suspend operations to Caracas. The airline announced additional flights between Panama City and Valencia to assist passengers whose travel plans have been disrupted by the ongoing suspension of services to the Venezuelan capital.

Beyond its daily regular flight to Valencia, Copa Airlines has added extra frequencies on this route. These special operations are scheduled from June 26 to July 2, 2026, contingent on operational conditions and approvals from Panamanian and Venezuelan aviation authorities. The airline aims to accommodate travelers affected by the Caracas suspension.

Operations to and from Caracas are currently suspended until at least July 2, 2026, while the airline assesses the regional operational environment. Copa Airlines is offering flexibility to affected passengers, allowing changes to dates, origin, destination, or full refunds without charge, in line with its policies. Passengers are advised to verify flight status through official channels.
