The East Jakarta District Court has accepted the preliminary objection filed by Tifauziah Tyassuma, who is accused of forging President Joko Widodo's diploma. The court declared the prosecutor's indictment imprecise and void, effectively halting the case's progression to the evidence stage.

Her colleague, KMRT Roy Suryo, also involved in a similar case, expressed joy and confidence that this verdict could serve as a precedent for his own legal proceedings.
