A court in Karlsruhe has rejected a prosecutor's request for an arrest warrant for a 36-year-old man suspected in an assault that led to a railway employee's life-threatening fall from a moving train. The incident occurred during a ticket check on a regional train traveling at approximately 120 kilometers per hour towards Karlsruhe. The 26-year-old security employee fell from the train and sustained life-threatening injuries.
