Da Nang is gearing up to welcome an expected "explosion" of tourists during the upcoming April 30 and May 1 holiday, rolling out a vibrant calendar of new experiences designed to showcase the city's rich culture and stunning coastal attractions. The Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism has confirmed a packed schedule of events, signaling a strong push to revitalize the tourism sector and attract visitors after a period of lower activity.

Highlights include the "Colors of Quang Land" and "Vietnam Crossroads" exhibitions at the Da Nang Museum, offering multi-faceted perspectives on local culture and development. The city will also host the Da Nang Ao Dai Festival, celebrating traditional Vietnamese attire, alongside various local festivals in the highland communes that promise authentic cultural immersion. Adding to the festive atmosphere, Da Nang will officially launch its 2026 summer beach tourism season.
