Da Nang Youth Urged to Lead New Development Era

Young people in Da Nang have been called to become the vanguard in the city's new era of development. Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and President of the Vietnam National Youth Federation, stressed the importance of digital skills and artificial intelligence for the city's youth. He stated that digital technology and AI must become essential skills for all youth union officials. Lam urged all levels of the youth union to proactively integrate technology into their operations, continuing to perfect and expand models like "Digital Adult Education" and "Community Digital Technology Teams." He also highlighted the need for youth to support local authorities in building a smart city. The Youth Union is also focused on broadening its solidarity and mobilization efforts, paying special attention to young workers in industrial and export processing zones. The goal is to strengthen the Đoàn and Hội organizations in these critical areas. During the congress, the Da Nang City Youth Union Executive Committee for the 2026-2029 term, comprising 59 representatives, was officially introduced.
