Damodar Group announces major development

The Damodar Group is considering a major property development near Fiji’s Denarau Island after signing a memorandum of understanding with the Y3 Kofera Trust.

The agreement covers about 130 acres of customary land in Nadi. It allows the two parties to explore potential development of the site, although the short announcement does not provide details of the proposed project.

The partnership combines Damodar’s commercial property interests with land held by a Fijian customary landowning trust. It marks a further expansion of the group’s property development footprint in one of Fiji’s prominent tourism areas.
