Defending Champs Ready for Challenge

Defending under-18 champions Ratu Kadavulevu School (RKS) are expressing strong confidence as they prepare to compete in the Vodafone Deans Zone competition, which begins tomorrow.

Team captain Esira Batisoso shared his optimism, highlighting the squad's thorough preparation. "In school, the boys are preparing well," Batisoso said. "We have learnt from our mistakes and worked on our weaknesses in these past preseason games and we’re looking forward to a great season this year."

The RKS team is focused on retaining their title this season. They have been diligently sharpening their team combinations and strategies throughout the preseason period. Batisoso indicated that the squad has absorbed valuable lessons from their earlier matches and feels ready to perform at their best.

The Vodafone Deans competition is anticipated to once again showcase a high caliber of young rugby talent from across the country. Ratu Kadavulevu School is determined to set the benchmark from the very first round of the tournament.
