Democratic Party Launches Official YouTube Channel 'Democratic Party TV' Next Month

South Korea's Democratic Party is set to launch its official YouTube channel, 'Democratic Party TV,' on September 1st, aiming to provide reliable information in an era of overwhelming digital content.

In an era of information overload, rather than relying on indiscriminate algorithmic recommendations, we plan to launch Democratic Party TV on September 1st, aiming for content that is most trusted by the public through information that a public party responsibly verifies and provides.

The channel, an expanded and rebranded version of the existing 'Deli Minjoo' channel, will begin with pilot live broadcasts twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The party plans to gather viewer feedback to refine its content before officially launching a full schedule of five daily live broadcasts at 7 a.m. starting September 14th.

Party leader Kim Min-seok has pledged to make fixed appearances on the channel until its programming is established, intending to foster direct communication with the public and party members. The production team behind the popular YouTube channel 'Maeul Broadcasting Show' has joined the 'Democratic Party TV' initiative.
