Dinac reports on fatal air accident in Minga Guazú

The National Directorate of Civil Aeronautics (Dinac) has released an official statement regarding the tragic aircraft accident that occurred this Saturday in Minga Guazú, Alto Paraná. The aircraft, a Cessna 404B registered as ZP-BEE and operated by Aerotax S.A. in service for Prosegur S.A., suffered a critical failure in its left engine during flight, resulting in its subsequent crash.

This incident has deeply affected our community, particularly given the loss of the pilot in command, General (R) Fernando Noldin. The aircraft was carrying two crew members and two passengers, who were identified as employees of the cash-in-transit company Prosegur S.A. While the other occupants were promptly transported to area hospitals for medical assistance, the confirmed fatality underscores the inherent risks associated with aviation, especially when critical mechanical failures occur.
