Dino Questions Promise to End Fake News Inquiry Without Naming Fachin

Two days after Supreme Court President Edson Fachin defended the need to end Brazil’s fake news inquiry, Justice Flávio Dino challenged the idea that a judge could promise to bring an investigation of that kind to a close.
