Disaster Tycoon Tom Cruise's 'Digger' to be Seen in the Fall

Actor Tom Cruise is set to captivate South Korean audiences this fall with his starring role in the upcoming black comedy film, 'Digger.' Warner Bros. Korea announced the release date on Wednesday, coinciding with the unveiling of the movie's poster and a special video featuring Cruise.

'Digger' tells the story of an oil tycoon named Digger Rockwell, played by Cruise, who plunges the world towards destruction but then steps forward, claiming he alone can save it. The film promises a blend of dark humor and high stakes, with Cruise taking on the titular role.

The project has generated significant buzz due to the collaboration between Cruise and Mexican auteur Alejandro G. Iñárritu.
