Taiwanese singer Dizzy Dizzo, also known as Cai Shiyun, is enjoying a remarkable comeback with her 14-year-old ballad, "The Scenery After the Rain." The song has achieved significant success in mainland China, topping the QQ Music hot song chart for two consecutive months and dominating major music streaming platforms. Its popularity has extended to Douyin, where related topics have amassed an astonishing 2 billion views.

Dizzo expressed her delight at the song's renewed success, attributing it to the right timing and its resonance with current sentiments. She recalled writing the song in her living room 14 years ago, blending her preferred R&B style with piano melodies and English lyrics for the demo. Initially, a copyright company intended to sell the song to another artist, but Dizzo's deep affection for the composition led her to keep it, a decision that has now proven fruitful.

Adding to her recent successes, Dizzo collaborated with emerging artist Chen Linong on a duet version of "The Scenery After the Rain" for the show "The Heavenly Voice." Despite playfully noting that Chen Linong was only five years old when she wrote the song, Dizzo praised his professionalism and talent, expressing gratitude for their successful collaboration on the challenging track.
