Drone crashes, explodes near police vehicles in Turkey

An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) crashed and subsequently exploded in an area near the Arsin District Police Directorate in Trabzon, Turkey, on Tuesday evening. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. local time.

The UAV fell into a section of the police directorate's premises where vehicles were parked. The resulting explosion caused significant material damage to three police vehicles. Fortunately, there were no fatalities or injuries reported as a direct result of the crash and explosion.

Following the incident, emergency response teams, including forensic investigators and bomb disposal units, were dispatched to the scene. They have commenced their examination of the crash site to determine the cause of the UAV's fall and subsequent detonation.
