Drunk man shoots from balcony with paintball gun in Kėdainiai district

Police in Lithuania have arrested a man following an incident where he allegedly fired a paintball gun from his apartment balcony while heavily intoxicated. The event took place in the village of Miegėnai, with authorities responding to the scene around 7:50 PM. Initial reports indicate that the man, born in 1990, discharged the paintball gun from his balcony.

Fortunately, no individuals were harmed during the incident. The suspect was taken to the hospital due to his health condition and was found to have a blood alcohol content of 2.21 promille. Authorities have initiated a pre-trial investigation into the matter.

The investigation is focusing on potential charges related to threatening to kill or cause serious bodily harm to others, as well as acts of terrorizing. The man's actions from his balcony have led to serious legal scrutiny.
