DT Peduli Kuningan Brings Joy to Orphaned Children with "Happy Tourism"

DT Peduli Kuningan brought joy to orphaned children with its "Happy Tourism" program, part of the "Muharram Sharing Hope 2026" series. The event took place on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the J&J Recreation Park in Kuningan, involving approximately 20 volunteers and partners.

The day began with a gathering at the DT Peduli Kuningan office before heading to the park. At J&J Recreation Park, children enjoyed various attractions, including swimming pools and a mini zoo, until late morning. Following the recreational activities, all participants shared a communal lunch, performed the Dhuhr prayer together, and received donations.

The program concluded with a motivational spiritual talk and a collective prayer. The "Happy Tourism" initiative aims to provide meaningful experiences for orphaned children, especially during the month of Muharram. Beyond material assistance, the event sought to offer recreational space, strengthen bonds, and foster enthusiasm and cheerfulness among the participants.

Rakhmat, Head of DT Peduli Kuningan, expressed gratitude to all committee members, partners, and donors. "Alhamdulillah, we can gather in good health and happiness. Hopefully, this activity not only brings us joy but also health. We also extend our thanks to all partners and donors who have supported the success of this event," he stated.

The success of the event was attributed to the support from partners, volunteers, and donors, particularly Pegadaian Syariah Unit Awirarangan, Kaskun, Optik Zolaris, Hisana FC, Bumi Kurma & Herbal, and MT AL Mufti Cikijing, who assisted and accompanied the children throughout the day.
