Dunlop Geomax EN92 Tires Power Success at Hiu Selatan International Hard Enduro 8

Dunlop Indonesia has officially introduced its latest enduro tire, the DUNLOP GEOMAX EN92, at the Hiu Selatan International Hard Enduro 8 competition in Cilacap, Central Java. This prestigious event, held from July 3-5, 2026, served as both a supporting partner for Dunlop and a platform to showcase the new tire to hundreds of local and international riders.

Dunlop provided tires for the podium finishers in the Gold and Silver classes and supported domestic and international riders throughout the event. The GEOMAX EN92 was notably used by professional rider Farel Huda Hanafi of the JAVAMIX Team, who achieved significant success. Hanafi secured first place in the Prologue Hiu Gold Class and Enduro Race Gold Class, second in the Long Race Gold Class, and third in the Hill Climb Gold Class, all while using the new Dunlop tires.

For Farel, the achievement was not just about reaching the podium. Behind the victory was a long journey of physical and mental preparation to maintain consistency, recover from injury, and continuously adapt to the ever-changing track characteristics in every competition.

Hanafi highlighted the tire's performance, particularly its soft compound, which he stated provides optimal grip on rocky terrain and loose soil. He noted the consistent grip improved his motorcycle's stability during cornering, climbing steep ascents, and navigating slippery sections characteristic of hard enduro racing. The GEOMAX EN92 incorporates several advanced technologies, including Progressive Cornering Block Technology (PCBT) for consistent cornering grip, Rounded Sidewall Technology (RST) to absorb impacts and maintain ground contact, Reinforced Scoop Technology (RST) for enhanced grip on soft surfaces, and V-Block Technology (V-BT) for improved traction and stability during acceleration.

These combined technologies are engineered to deliver consistent performance across diverse enduro track conditions. The development of the GEOMAX EN92 involved extensive testing to achieve a balance of traction, control, and durability, aiming to meet the demanding requirements of hard enduro.
