E-Da Theme Park Offers Discounted Entry for Father's Day 'Power Discharge Day'

E-Da Theme Park in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, is rolling out a series of engaging events and promotions to celebrate Father's Day and the summer season. From August 7 to August 16, the park is hosting its "Super Dad Power Discharge Day," coinciding with the "E-Da Greek Festival."

The park has partnered with a local LARP (Live Action Role-Playing) group, "Roman Kaohsiung People," to organize a "Little Greek Warrior Summer Camp" and an "Empire Warrior Carnival." These immersive activities invite children to don warrior costumes and participate in simulated battles and parades, offering an adventure beyond typical theme park rides.

As part of the "Super Dad Power Discharge Day," fathers can gain entry for NT$288 when purchasing a full-price ticket of NT$880 for a companion. To avail this offer, fathers need to present a copy of their household registration or a photo of it, along with a photo ID. Both father and companion must purchase and enter the park simultaneously.

Beyond the Father's Day specials, E-Da Theme Park is also showcasing its major summer attraction, "Dinosaurs Crossing Troy." This exhibit features 18 large, dynamic dinosaur models, including a 20-meter-long Triceratops family and a water-spewing volcano stage dinosaur. Other summer highlights include the "Dinosaur Eating Show," which combines science education with interactive dinosaur encounters and family games, and the "Little Archaeologist" activity, designed to uncover dinosaur secrets with children.
