Efforts continue to bring Slievenamon wildfire under control for third day

Firefighting crews remain on Slievenamon mountain in Co. Tipperary, Ireland, battling a major wildfire that has continued for a third day. Emergency services maintained a presence overnight, reporting that conditions had steadied and the fire stayed away from nearby forestry plantations, though it continues to burn.
