Egypt, Morocco highlight strong bilateral ties, enhance cultural cooperation

The Egyptian Ambassador to Morocco, Ahmed Nehad Abdel-Latif, has affirmed the robust and enduring nature of Egyptian-Moroccan relations, emphasizing the deep historical roots of cooperation between the two nations. He noted that a shared cultural memory binds Egypt and Morocco, characterized by close collaboration among intellectuals and artists, as well as significant alignment on regional and international matters.

Speaking on the occasion of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina's participation in the embassy's cultural salon, Ambassador Abdel-Latif stressed the crucial role culture plays in nation-building and in nurturing connections between peoples. He described culture as a bridge that fosters understanding, tolerance, and human closeness.
