Minya Launches Egypt's First Stray Animal Shelter and Sterilization Center

The Minya Veterinary Medicine Directorate has completed plans to launch the governorate's first shelter specifically for stray animals, which will also house a sterilization center. This development marks a significant shift in how Minya manages its animal population, prioritizing humane methods.
