Egypt reviews regional security efforts, boosts ties with South Korea

Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty emphasized Egypt's dedication to fostering regional security and stability through continued cooperation with international partners. Speaking in Seoul, he stated that Egypt is committed to containing crises and resolving conflicts peacefully, aiming to fulfill the region's aspirations for development and prosperity.

Abdelatty reviewed Egypt's extensive efforts to promote security and stability across the Middle East, underscoring the nation's pivotal regional role. He stressed Egypt's keenness to work with all stakeholders to de-escalate tensions and reach agreements that address the concerns of all parties involved. Discussions during his visit touched upon developments in the Palestinian cause, Sudan, Lebanon, the Horn of Africa, and the Red Sea situation.
