Egyptian film "Watch Yourself" premieres in Morocco

"Khalek Malak Men Nafsak" blends comedy and thriller elements in a suspenseful narrative. The story follows "Alaa," a radio host navigating a series of romantic relationships that he quickly ends due to a deep-seated fear of commitment. He believes his reasons for separation are sufficient to avoid long-term obligations. However, his life takes an unexpected turn when he meets "Farida," who initially appears gentle and demure. Alaa falls in love, convinced he has found his life partner, but the plot takes a shocking turn as Farida is revealed to be a prominent arms dealer, plunging Alaa into a series of unforeseen predicaments.

The film marks the first cinematic collaboration between Ahmed El Sakka and Yasmine Abdel Aziz in over twenty years, following their previous work together on a stage production. It also signifies Abdel Aziz's return to the big screen after a years-long absence, heightening anticipation for the movie.
