Elmadağ Celebrates August 30 Victory Day with Festival and New Openings

Elmadağ is set to host a vibrant celebration for the August 30 Victory Day, marking the 104th anniversary of the great offensive that secured Turkey's independence. The district will come alive with a special program designed to honor the historic occasion with significant enthusiasm and community spirit.

Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, the evening will also witness the inauguration of several new facilities developed by the Elmadağ Municipality. These include the Elmadağ Municipality Hotel, new Social Facilities, and a renovated Wedding Hall, all set to open their doors to the public. The openings signify the municipality's commitment to enhancing local infrastructure and services.

The festivities are scheduled to begin at 8:00 PM on Sunday, August 30, at the Elmadağ Municipality Culture and Art Center. Following the opening ceremonies, attendees will be treated to 'Tirit,' a traditional local dish, offering a taste of regional culinary heritage.

The night's grand finale will feature a performance by popular artist Özgün, promising an evening of entertainment and national pride. Elmadağ Mayor Adem Barış Aşkın has extended an invitation to all citizens, urging them to join in the celebration: "Let us be proud together, let us celebrate together."
