Emirates Cancer Society aids 40 patients with Dhs152,000 in July

The Emirates Cancer Society (ECS) provided significant financial assistance to 40 cancer patients in July 2026, totaling Dhs152,000. This support aimed to alleviate the burdens faced by individuals battling cancer across the UAE.

Sheikh Dr. Salem Bin Rakkad, Chairman of the Board of Directors, highlighted that the ECS extends its help to cancer patients of all ages through its branches in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain. The aid specifically targets crucial needs such as covering the costs of certain medications, essential living expenses, and outstanding rent payments.
