Emirates offers over 100 jobs with pilot packages worth Dhs1.18m

The Emirates Group is actively recruiting over 100 new employees across various sectors, including operations, administration, and engineering, as part of its global expansion strategy for its fleet and logistics services. The airline aims to attract both experienced professionals and new talent, with a special focus on its Emiratization program to recruit UAE nationals.

Vacancies span critical areas such as information technology, maintenance, engineering, airport operations, logistics, human resources, and customer service. Successful candidates will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including tax-free salaries, housing allowances or furnished accommodation, health insurance, and travel discounts. For pilots, the annual package is valued at approximately Dhs1.185 million (USD 320,000), encompassing salary, accommodation, education allowances for children, and extensive travel benefits.

The National Pilot Training Programme offers a structured path for aspiring pilots, providing a monthly salary during ground school and flight training, with accommodation and meals included. Salaries increase progressively through the training phases, culminating in a starting monthly salary of Dhs52,105 for a first officer. Cabin service employees also receive a competitive tax-free salary, including a fixed monthly basic salary.
