EPIC Berhad Records All-Time High Revenue of RM411.9 Million Last Year

EPIC Berhad has set a new historical record, achieving RM411.9 million in revenue for its fiscal year 2025. This performance marks an RM8.1 million increase compared to the previous year, continuing a positive growth trend for the company since 2022. The company also reported a significant rise in profits, with profit before tax climbing to RM36.9 million from RM28.4 million in fiscal year 2024. After-tax profit also saw an increase, moving from RM16.6 million to RM20.6 million.

These results were presented at EPIC Berhad's 45th Annual General Meeting. The growth was attributed to several key factors, including the acquisition of Rahar Niaga Sdn. Bhd. and the contribution of new contracts for maintenance, commissioning, modification, and extension services. Increased offshore platform activity and greater cargo handling volumes also bolstered the group's performance throughout the fiscal year.

EPIC Group CEO Dr. Ts. Muhtar Suhaili highlighted that the 2025 performance demonstrates the company's ability to maintain growth momentum through disciplined strategy, operational resilience, and effective strategic initiatives. He noted that the group's diverse business portfolio helps balance industry cycles and allows EPIC to capture new growth opportunities. "Continuous improvement in operational efficiency and asset utilization remains a key focus moving forward," he stated.

Looking ahead, EPIC Berhad has set a target of RM441.3 million in revenue for fiscal year 2026, representing a seven percent increase. This projection is expected to be driven by sustained growth in its core business, operational enhancements, and the implementation of initiatives under the company's strategic plan. These efforts align with Terengganu's prominent position in the oil and gas, port services, engineering, marine, and green energy sectors.
