Ex-Man City defender Stones joins Inter Milan on free transfer

Former Manchester City defender John Stones has completed a move to Inter Milan, joining the Italian champions on a free transfer. The 32-year-old England international spent ten years at the Etihad Stadium before his contract expired at the end of last month. Stones has signed a two-year contract with Inter, as confirmed by a club statement.

Stones was a pivotal figure in Manchester City's "golden era" under manager Pep Guardiola, contributing significantly to their success.
