Ezna Clinic expands corporate market with more than 20 organizations on its panel

Ezna Clinic is expanding its corporate reach in Johor by serving as a healthcare panel provider for more than 20 organizations. The clinic says demand is growing for primary care that workers can access easily and rely on consistently.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Irfan Rahman said corporate clients also value services outside normal operating hours, including weekends and public holidays. He said employees want more than convenience from a healthcare provider, including stronger diagnostic capacity and efficient patient management.

“We believe this demand is driven by a combination of accessibility, capability and trust,” Irfan told Utusan Malaysia. “Patients want healthcare services that are easy to access, but they increasingly expect more than just convenience.”

The clinic, which began operating in February 2023, now records about 2,500 patient visits each month. Its cumulative visits have exceeded 100,000. It has invested gradually in diagnostic and treatment capabilities within a primary-care setting, while placing greater emphasis on continuity of care, patient experience and measurable health outcomes rather than visit numbers alone.

Irfan said Ezna was developing an advanced primary-care concept to allow more health conditions to be investigated, diagnosed and managed in the community. The clinic wants to expand regionally, but not simply through aggressive branch openings. It plans to strengthen its workforce, clinical standards, leadership, systems and patient experience as it grows. Ezna recently received the 2026 Parents’ Choice Award for Best Clinic for Women and Children and also offers follow-up care for selected patients after treatment.
