FG, Meta unveil AI chatbot for government services

Nigeria is embracing the future of public service delivery with the launch of GovGuide Nigeria, a groundbreaking artificial intelligence chatbot developed in partnership with Meta. This innovative platform promises to revolutionize how citizens interact with government services, offering seamless access to information in multiple local languages, including Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba, alongside English. This initiative, a collaboration between the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, the National Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, and local firm Publica AI, signifies Nigeria's commitment to harnessing emerging technologies for national development.
