Riga, Latvia, is particularly popular, benefiting from its proximity and frequent bus connections from various Lithuanian cities, including Vilnius, Kaunas, and Panevėžys. FlixBus operates an average of 11 round trips daily between Vilnius and Riga, making spontaneous weekend getaways or longer stays easily manageable. The Latvian capital, celebrating its 825th anniversary, offers a vibrant calendar of events, including festivals and cultural forums, extending its appeal into early autumn.

He highlighted the city's compact center, rich culture, and diverse culinary scene as ideal for short excursions. The ongoing events in late summer and early autumn provide compelling reasons for tourists to revisit the city.

Warsaw, Poland, is also experiencing a surge in interest from Lithuanian travelers. The Vilnius-Warsaw route has seen an increase in connections this summer, offering more travel opportunities. FlixBus also provides overnight bus services, allowing travelers to save on accommodation costs by sleeping during the journey.
