FMF expands North operations

FMF is expanding its footprint in Fiji's Northern Division, establishing a new warehouse and electric vehicle showroom in Wailevu, Labasa. The company states this development will alleviate stock shortages caused by shipping disruptions and enhance customer access to its products and electric vehicles across Vanua Levu.

FMF Sales Manager Ganeshwar Mani highlighted that the investment prioritizes improved service delivery for customers in the North. "Sometimes there are times when boats are unable to come up, and people in the North experience out-of-stock situations. That’s why we’re building a much larger warehouse here to ensure we have enough stock available and can better serve customers across the Northern Division," Mani said.

The new facility will also feature an electric vehicle showroom, enabling customers to view and test drive EVs without needing to travel to Suva. Mani noted that FMF has already sold over 45 electric vehicles in Fiji since introducing its EV range. The company plans to showcase its electric vehicles at the FMF Duavata Northern Crime Prevention Carnival, offering northern residents a chance to learn about the technology and experience the vehicles firsthand.
