Former Titleholders Vie for Crown at Miss Grand Vietnam 2026

The Miss Grand Vietnam 2026 pageant is seeing a notable return of former beauty queens, who are vying for a chance to represent Vietnam on the international stage. Among the prominent contestants is Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh, crowned Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024. Two years after her initial win, Quynh is embarking on a new journey in pageantry. Originally from Hai Phong, the 1998-born beauty is also a tourism ambassador for Sapa and works as a sports editor and presenter for VTV, having covered events like the 2026 World Cup. Quynh stated her desire to challenge herself again in a beauty contest, emphasizing her belief in not being limited by any definition. Another returning contestant is Thai Dao Truc Giang, who was the 4th runner-up at Miss Ocean Vietnam 2023. Giang expressed that her previous title does not define her limits and that she seeks an opportunity for the audience to see her growth. Giang, born in 1997 in Ho Chi Minh City, is a bilingual MC and content creator. She previously placed in the top 10 of Én Vàng 2019 and won The Best Voice at Gương mặt truyền hình 2022 before her Miss Ocean title. Le Thi Tuong Vy, the 1st runner-up of Miss Tourism and Culture Vietnam 2024, is also generating significant interest. Vy, born in 2001 in Quang Ngai, has a history of pageant success, including Miss Nam Can Tho University 2020, Miss Vietnam Students 2020, and a top 10 finish at Miss Vietnam 2020. She aims to present a more mature and determined version of herself, seeking to prove that a young woman who dares to dream and continuously improves can create her own value. Ngo Bao Ngoc, a top 5 finalist at Miss Universe Vietnam 2023, is also among the familiar faces competing.
