Four Detained in Agadir Apartment After Complaints About Short-Term Rentals

Security services in Agadir detained four people, including two foreign nationals and two women, inside a furnished apartment in a residential complex in the Hay Mohammadi district.

The intervention followed complaints received by the authorities about the use of some apartments for daily rentals. Officers entered one of the furnished units and took the four people for the required legal procedures.

Authorities are checking the circumstances surrounding their presence in the apartment. The operation forms part of ongoing monitoring of furnished units rented for short periods, following complaints and observations about activities taking place in some of them.
