Freuler takes number 19 at Olympiacos

Remo Freuler is officially a new player for Olympiacos, the Greek football club announced. The Swiss international midfielder has selected his jersey number for the upcoming season.

The 34-year-old midfielder will wear the number 19, a number previously associated with Georgios Masouras, who has since departed the club. Freuler's arrival fills the void left by Masouras, allowing him to inherit the jersey.

Freuler is one of the new faces in coach José Luis Mendilibar's squad, having transferred from Bologna. He has signed a two-year contract and has already integrated into his new environment. The number 19 will now accompany him on the pitch for Olympiacos.
