From Krampus to Oogie Boogie: Mattel Launches New Monster High Dolls at SDCC

Mattel ignited collector excitement at San Diego Comic-Con on July 24, 2026, by unveiling new Monster High dolls that reimagine iconic horror figures. The "glamour and horror" theme dominated the event as the company revealed special edition dolls inspired by pop culture's most terrifying characters.

Among the highly anticipated releases is a Krampus doll, embodying the Christmas demon. This figure features a red hooded coat, a ruffled dress, and unsettling horns and chains, complete with knee-high black boots mimicking cloven hooves. It is set to go on sale on December 3rd in Mexico for $1,450 pesos.

In a tribute to a legendary slasher, a Michael Myers doll draws inspiration from the 1981 film "Halloween II." This collectible boasts a suit splattered with glittery bloodstains and includes accessories reminiscent of memorable movie moments, such as knives, chains, and pumpkins. It will be released on August 8th, also priced at $1,450 pesos in Mexico.

Furthermore, the Skullector line is expanding its collaboration with Disney to introduce a Monster High version of Oogie Boogie, the villain from "The Nightmare Before Christmas." This entirely green doll captures the character's signature patchwork silhouette, textured platform boots, and accessories hinting at his insect-filled lair. It is scheduled for release on October 29th, with the same $1,450 pesos price tag in Mexico.
