FULL LIST: Winners at PFA Awards 2026

The 2026 Professional Footballers' Association (PFA) Awards celebrated the outstanding achievements of players across English professional football, with Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes and Manchester City forward Khadija “Bunny” Shaw taking home the prestigious men's and women's Players’ Player of the Year awards. The winners were announced on Tuesday, recognizing their exceptional individual performances as voted by their peers.

Fernandes, a key figure for Manchester United, and Shaw, a standout striker for Manchester City, were honored for their consistent brilliance throughout the season. Complementing these top accolades, Manchester City's Nico O’Reilly was named the men’s Young Player of the Year, while Arsenal's Olivia Smith earned the women’s Young Player of the Year award, highlighting the emergence of promising young talent in the game.

The PFA Awards ceremony, held at the Manchester Opera House, also paid tribute to footballing legends. Sir Kenny Dalglish, the former Liverpool manager, and ex-England international Karen Carney OBE were presented with PFA Merit Awards for their significant contributions to the sport. These awards recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and impact beyond their playing careers.

In addition to the individual awards, the PFA unveiled its divisional Teams of the Year. These selections recognize the standout players in the Premier League, Championship, League One, and League Two, showcasing the best eleven from each division based on player votes. Notable inclusions in the Premier League Team of the Year featured players like David Raya, Gabriel Magalhães, William Saliba, and Erling Haaland, among others, reflecting a season of strong performances across the top flight.
