Ga Mantse pledges full support for Ghana Medical Trust Fund

The Ga Mantse, Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, has pledged his unwavering support for the Ghana Medical Trust Fund (GMTF), recognizing its potential to revolutionize specialized healthcare access in Ghana. His Royal Highness described the fund as a critical national intervention capable of restoring hope to countless Ghanaians battling severe illnesses.

This commitment came during a courtesy call by the GMTF Administrator, Adjoa Obuobia Darko-Opoku, and her delegation at the Ga Mantse Palace. The visit aimed to strengthen partnerships with traditional authorities, raise public awareness, and garner national backing for the GMTF's mission. The delegation highlighted the fund's progress and its vision to expand specialized treatment access, improve healthcare systems through investment in equipment and training, and ensure no Ghanaian is denied life-saving care due to financial constraints.

The GMTF also presented water and soft drinks to the Ga Mantse for the upcoming Homowo Festival, a gesture he appreciated as a recognition of Ghana's cultural heritage alongside the commitment to healthcare.
